Training Services
The Company is therefore in the process of establishing its own training school to meet most of its requirements for Personal Track Safety, COSS, Lookout and Site Warden training and assessment.
The Company hopes that in the future, if spare capacity becomes evident, that it can open its training resources to the wider railway industry.
Due to the size of the Company workforce, and regular recruitment campaigns, the Company has recognised the benefits of meeting much of its training needs internally.
