The Role:
We have an excellent opportunity for a high calibre person to join the business and support the team on this exciting journey. We are looking for someone who wants to develop and learn new skills to provide administrative support to our broker desk.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Reporting wasted journeys
- Sending daily and monthly reports to ensure we are keeping up with compliance and service level agreements
- Uploading information on to customer portals and keeping them up to date
- Responding to emails
- Answering phone calls and being the first port of call for the customers
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Working closely with both the Leeds and Northeast transport departments
- Setting up new contracts on the system
- Arranging bin deliveries/removals and exchanges
- Supporting where needed within the business
Desired skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Accurate
- Able to meet deadlines
- Works under own initiative
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Works well in a team environment

Desired Qualifications
- Ideally a minimum of grade C+/4+ for English & maths GCSE (or equivalent).
