About H. W. (Traffic Management) Ltd:
We provide data-led, traffic management services within a temporary environment. Put simply, we guide vehicles around roadworks in the safest, most efficient way possible whilst permanent improvements are made to the country’s highways.
Job Specifics (not exhaustive):
- Support the commercial team with general administration tasks.
- Supports the team with archiving files and folders.
- Assisting with reports.
- Developing reports to present statistics & analysis.
- Preparing documents and presentations for briefings & meetings.
- Preparing of statistics as required.
- Conduct other administrative support duties as required.
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package, in particular, with Excel, Word and PowerPoint. SharePoint knowledge would be an advantage.
- Ability to collate & record data as required.
- Good English language and numeracy skills
- Experience in an administrative function (if you have Level 4 in Office Admin or a Diploma in Office Admin that would be great, but it’s not essential).
- Experience of working within a construction setting or within a head office environment is desirable
