HW Martin Waste Ltd are seeking a Mobile Recycling Advisor to join the team, based at our Middleton Teesdale HWRC

Job Title:  Mobile Recycling Advisor

Location: DL12 0NG, occasional travel to cover holidays and sickness within the County Durham area

Rate of pay:  £11.44 per hour

Hours of work:

Full time over 5 days (32.5 hours per week October – March and 45 hours April – September) inclusive of weekend and Bank Holiday work.

Additional Benefits:  22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension, Employee Assistance Programme & Life Assurance

Contract Type:  Permanent

The Role:

Premier Waste Recycling is looking for a Mobile Recycling Advisor to support our overall operations at our Middleton Teesdale Household Waste Recycle Centre.

The role includes advising and sorting recycling products and liaising with the general public. The successful applicant will also be required to support surrounding HWRCs to provide cover. A full UK driving licence and own transportation are required.

Key skills/experience:

  • You will have the ability to understand instructions and carry them out and have a be prepared to develop a general understanding of health and safety.
  • This role will be customer facing so good communication skills are essential.
