Job Title: Office Administrator (Office Based – No Hybrid or Remote)

Location: Lochrin Works, 7 Limekilns Road, Blairlinn Industrial Estate, Cumbernauld, G67 2RN

Salary: Very Competitive for the right person.

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hour of Work: Monday to Thursday, 8am – 5pm & Friday 8am – 3pm.

About Lochrin Bain: 

Lochrin Bain is an industry leading UK manufacturer of perimeter security fencing systems and gates. The business continues to grow from strength to strength under the current management team, with continued investment in new machinery and factory upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound telephone calls from existing and potential customers.
  • Processing sales orders, purchase orders, goods received administration and invoicing.
  • Arranging deliveries and collections with customers, suppliers and transport companies.
  • Processing weekly payroll timesheets.
  • Providing general administration support to all departments as required.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills Required:

  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and able to use initiative when problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Confident and reliable team player.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word. Excel, and Outlook.
  • Previous administration experience within a busy office environment would be advantageous.
  • HND or equivalent In Administration is desirable but not essential.
