Derbyshire County Council and Derby City Council, who are responsible for the county and Derby city household waste recycling centres (HWRCs) respectively, have launched their Customer Care Charter. This has been launched with the support of RRS Ltd – the main contractor for the county’s waste treatment and recycling – and H W Martin Waste Ltd, who manage and operate the HWRCs on behalf of RRS Ltd.
The Charter sets out the high level of customer service members of the public enjoy while visiting the sites. It also reminds visitors of the need for them to be aware of the safety requirements of the site, such as patience when waiting to deposit material and keeping under the site speed limit.
The Charter can be viewed and downloaded here. It is also available to view at each HWRC.
