Martins Recycling Awarded Chesterfield Collections Contract

30/03/2010

Chesterfield Borough Council has awarded their kerbside recycling collections contract to  H W Martin Waste Ltd, the specialist recycling division of H W Martin.

The collections will be undertaken by four specially configured vehicles, which the company has specified and purchased for the contract. Using a combination of the company’s experience in providing safe and efficient collections management, alongside all of the current crews who already know the streets, H W Martin will bring an excellent front-line service driven by its principal of continuous improvement.

It is a part of H W Martin’s holistic approach to recycling, which includes collections, materials sorting and segregation, delivering quality products to re-processor companies and creating fuel from non-recyclable materials.
