This new framework contract starts in April 2020 and will run for four years
The new arrangements will see H W Martin (Traffic Management) Ltd and H W Martin Safety Fencing Ltd working collaboratively with Highways England and the other framework contractors to deliver a range of safety barrier and traffic management services across Highways England’s motorway and trunk road network in Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
