The Martin Group of Companies is delighted to announce that H W Martin (Traffic Management) Ltd and H W Martin Safety Fencing Ltd have been appointed to Highways England’s new Construction Works Framework covering the north of England. The commitment of both companies to quality, continual improvement and collaborative working were significant factors in these awards, with tenders evaluated on a 80% Quality / 20% price ratio.
The new arrangements will see H W Martin (Traffic Management) Ltd and H W Martin Safety Fencing Ltd working collaboratively with Highways England and the other framework contractors to deliver a range of safety barrier and traffic management services across Areas 13 and 14. The framework forms part of Highways England’s new asset-led delivery model for maintenance and will run for four years from 1 April 2017.
