Traffic management expert, HW Martin (Traffic Management) Ltd, has secured a place on National Highway’s £3.6 billion Scheme Delivery Framework (SDF).
HW Martin (Traffic Management) Ltd has been successful in its bid to deliver temporary traffic management as part of the government-owned company’s brand-new framework.
The framework will deliver diverse activities, including civil engineering, traffic management and design services for a range of renewals projects that will keep England’s motorways and major A roads running safely and smoothly.
It replaces the soon to expire contracts known as the Construction Works Framework (CWF), Design Services Contracts (DSC) and Asset Support Contract (ASC).
The traffic management experts achieved maximum allocation in line with the contract award restrictions. They secured first place in National Highway’s Super Region South, covering the South East and South West of the country, and second place in Super Region North, covering the North West, Yorkshire, and the North East.

The SDF begins in 2022.
