HW Martin (Traffic Management) Ltd is sponsoring the Special Recognition Award for Highways Heroes, an industry-wide blue ribband ceremony that celebrates the achievements of those who have gone the extra mile.
The Special Recognition Award is the highlight of the ceremony and is a standalone recognition of somebody whose achievements embody the spirit of the awards.
Speaking about his commitment to the award on the Highways Heroes website, Director David Shaw, said:

Previous winners have included Neil Sampson, Managing Director of Solar Gates for his trailblazing work to rehabilitate ex-offenders.
