More than 120 young people aged 15 and 16 attended the event, hosted by Derby College.  Many projects were recognised, including the building of the eco-greenhouse out of 1,500 recycled plastic bottles at Broomfield College’s Little Explorers Nursery.

Attending the event for H W Martin Waste was Ged Pearce, one of the company’s Derbyshire-based managers, who noted, “The night was a great success.”
