We are looking for an eager, courteous, motivated individual to join us as a Labour Coordinator.
Location: Sizewell C, Leiston, Suffolk, IP16
Salary: Competitive and based on experience.

About us: Sizewell C is a large, planned nuclear power station being built on the Suffolk coast in the UK. The project is expected to generate 3.2 GW of clean electricity, enough for 6 million homes. This is a significant part of the UK’s strategy for clean energy and energy security, with the goal of providing reliable, low-carbon power and supporting economic growth. SZC is a major project opportunity for the Martin Group of Companies.
The Opportunity:
As part of the role, you will:
- Maintain holiday records
- Arrange and assist in RTW interviews
- Maintain absence register
- In association with training department, maintain training records
- Arrange training as necessary with training department
- Act as point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate personnel records
- Oversee site personnel vetting, review competencies, arrange interviews, ensure compliance with standards, manage WIMS
- Manage correspondence, reports and documentation
- Maintain filing systems (SharePoint, internal platforms)
- Coordinate job vacancy adverts with HR department
- Main point of contact for all weekly paid staff issues at site
