Gemma Celebrates Award-Winning Customer Service

Gemma BeardallEveryone here at H W Martin was proud to learn of Gemma Beardall’s success in the Nottinghamshire Training Network’s Apprentice of the Year Awards.

Gemma was the worthy recipient of the Advanced Apprentice of the Year Award for her work towards Customer Service Level 3 with West Nottinghamshire College.

Gemma began working as an administrator at H W Martin Waste Ltd in August 2006. Her committment and growing expertise has already seen her progress to become the Assistant Manager in the Waste company admin team. At a black-tie event held at East Midlands Conference Centre for the shortlisted candidates, Gemma reflected on her achievement:

“Progressing through my advanced apprenticeship has given me the awareness of how to meet customers’ needs.”

Mark Faulconbridge, Operations Director at H W Martin Waste Ltd, said: “We are very pleased that Gemma’s hard work and commitment has been recognised. She is a vitally important part of the H W Martin team and it is very pleasing to see her progress.”
