Grahame joined HW Martin (Traffic Management) Ltd in 1990, and over nearly 35 years, he has been instrumental
in shaping the company into the success story it is today. His influence extends far beyond the boundaries of our business. Grahame has played a pivotal role in redefining safety standards across the highways sector through his work with the Traffic Management Contractors Association (TMCA), ensuring that roadworkers return home safe and well after every shift. His dedication to creating a safer industry has had a profound impact, saving lives and setting benchmarks for others to follow.
In addition to his contributions to safe, Grahame has been a mentor to countless colleagues, generously sharing his knowledge and expertise. His guidance has helped nurture future leaders and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within HW Martin (Traffic Management) ltd and the wider industry.
