Reptile Surveys

UK Biodiversity Action Plan (BAP) Priority Species list covers all 6 native species of reptile. They occupy a range of habitats, including grassland, scrub, wetlands and are generally less commonly found in intensively managed locations.

Types of surveys available include:

• Habitat suitability Index Surveys
• Presence/Likely Absence Surveys
• Population Surveys

Our experience means we can advise our clients on suitable mitigation options including identification or suitable receptor sites if needed.  We are also able to provide ECoW supervision including watching briefs, toolbox talks, hand searches and destructive searches.
