There is cause for celebration this week at HW Martin (Plant) Ltd as Shellie Barson has been awarded NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration.
Shellie joined HW Martin (Plant) Ltd in 2018 as an Administration Apprentice. Her training path began soon after and Shellie initially achieved Level 1 NVQ in Business Administration. She has since completed all levels up to Level 4. Shellie can be seen in the photo above, being presented with her certificate by Faye Hambleton, representing Learning Unlimited of Derby.
This follows last month’s news of Shellie and her colleague Alan, both being promoted to new positions within the company.
Geoff Kearsley, Operations Manager at HW Martin (Plant) Ltd, commented: “Shellie has completed Level 4 in super quick time, whilst being promoted to Fleet Compliance Team Leader as well. Congratulations Shellie.”
