Our solutions can incorporate the management of the sites, transport of commodities and provide viable long term recycling outlets. Sites are operated to best practice standards and in accordance with all relevant health, safety and environmental legislation.
H W Martin manages both small rural sites which handle low inputs and larger urban centres receiving in excess of 20,000 tonnes per year. Our track record for continuous improvement in recycling rates is helping local authorities across the UK to achieve their targets for the diversion of waste from landfill.
Through focusing on the training, development and management of HWRC site staff we promote a culture driven by the ambition of excellent customer service. Over the duration of HWRC contracts we deliver increasing customer satisfaction ratings alongside increasing recycling percentages.
Our Customer Care policy includes the provision of Meet and Greet staff at the entrance to our HWRCs and providing on-site advice and assistance to the visiting public. In this way we ensure that our visitors are actively encouraged to continue to recycle.
