From the outside, an H W Martin Materials Recycling Facility is a noiseless, odourless, standard commercial building with little to see except lorries coming and going. Inside, however, there is a vast amount of activity being undertaken to sort, grade and bale tens of thousands of tonnes of recyclable materials.
